WebbSettlers don't seem to prioritize anything, like getting power up and running first before building plots that need power or to get the recruitment beacon working for more settlers in order to be able to get people to run the farms, water, and defense. Or, they'll all hop on food plots and ignore defense. Settlers are dumb af. WebbThey are indicators of the negative impacts upon the plot, and thus what could be preventing it from potentially upgrading. For example, yours are low defense and low happiness.
