WebDec 24, 2024 · The only reference I could find was 1941-1945 from Turkey with an FS headstamp. BUT those were both a Mauser round. Red 'paint' was the sealant used to waterproof military stuff. FS is used by the Turkish to indicate 'cartridge'. Nothing recent in my archives, but if someone come up with it let me know so I can add it.
