The rules are as follows: Variance greater than 20% is RED (i.e. D15>20%) Variance between 10-20% is YELLOW (i.e. D15>10% & D15<20%) Variance less than 10% is GREEN (i.e. D15<10%) I'm trying to use the icon sets as shown below.
